Marketing materials (napkins, pens, thumb drives, etc.) for the 2021 Annual Conference are limited to the Annual Conference Sponsors. We kindly ask that business cards be the only marketing materials distributed outside any of the Annual Conference Sponsorships. Room drops are NOT permitted!

Site Selectors Guild
SSG will implement and adhere to all governmental mandates during the entirety of the event. SSG will provide registered attendees with individual size hand sanitizers, disposable gloves (upon request) and disposable masks (upon request). During the entirety of the event, attendees, staff and Guild members must:
- wear a face mask during all events, with the exception of when food and/or beverages are being consumed.
- maintain 6 feet between yourself and other attendees
have temperature checked upon arrival each day (conducted at the registration desk by registration staff)
