2019 Fall Forum Sponsorship Opportunities

Dallas, TX | September 9-11, 2019


Sponsorships for the 2019 Fall Forum in Dallas, TX will open on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 12:00 PM CST / 1:00 PM EST.

Sponsorships are available on a first come, first serve basis.

BREAKFAST SPONSOR
Price: $7,500

The Breakfast Sponsorships provide an opportunity to brand the first event of each Fall Forum day.

The Breakfast Sponsor benefits include:
     • Two (2) reserved Sponsor attendee slots (one complimentary and one available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,900).
     • Logo placement:
          o Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the on-site program along with other Fall Forum Sponsors.
          o Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as a Breakfast Sponsor.
          o Displayed on the scrolling PowerPoint along with other Fall Forum sponsors.
          o Displayed on a sign with recognition as the Breakfast Sponsor during that Sponsor’s designated breakfast.
     • Verbal recognition as a Breakfast Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.
     • The use of a banner, tabletop cards or other collateral provided by the Breakfast Sponsor to be displayed at the food and beverage stations during the Breakfast Sponsors’ designated
        breakfast. Collateral must be approved by the Site Selectors Guild’s Fall Forum Management firm.


BREAK SPONSOR
Price: $5,000

The Break Sponsorship provides an opportunity to brand the Break Sponsor’s designated break.

The Break Sponsor benefits include:
     • Two (2) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (both available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,900 each).

     • Logo placement:
          o Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the on-site program along with other Fall Forum Sponsors.
          o Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as a Break Sponsor.
          o Displayed on a sign with recognition as the Break Sponsor during that Sponsor’s designated break.
          o Displayed on the scrolling PowerPoint along with other Fall Forum sponsors.
     • Verbal recognition as a Break Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.
     • The use of a banner, tabletop cards or other collateral provided by the Break Sponsor to be displayed at the food and beverage stations during the Break Sponsors’ designated break.

       Collateral must be approved by the Site Selectors Guild’s Fall Forum Management firm.


LUNCH SPONSOR
Price: $8,500

The Lunch Sponsorship offers invaluable exposure during the only Fall Forum lunch event attended by all Fall Forum attendees and Guild Members.

The Lunch Sponsor benefits include:
     • Three (3) reserved Sponsor attendee slots (one complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,900 each).
     • Logo placement:
          o Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in on-site Program along with other Fall Forum Sponsors.
          o Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as the Lunch Sponsor.
          o Displayed on the scrolling PowerPoint along with other Fall Forum sponsors.
          o Displayed on a sign with recognition as the Lunch Sponsor
     • Verbal recognition as the Lunch Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions as well as before the Lunch event.
     • The use of a banner, tabletop cards or other branded collateral provided by the Lunch Sponsor to be displayed during the Lunch event. All collateral must be approved by the Site Selector
       Guild’s Fall Forum Management firm.
     • Reserves one table at the Lunch event.


WI-FI SPONSOR
Price: $6,000

The Wi-fi Sponsorship provides a great opportunity for visibility on printed Wi-Fi collateral distributed to all Fall Forum attendees.

The Wi-Fi Sponsor benefits include:
     • Two (2) reserved Sponsor attendee slots (both available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,900 each).
     • Logo placement:
          o Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the on-site Program along with other Fall Forum sponsors.
          o Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as the Wi-Fi Sponsor.
          o Displayed on the scrolling PowerPoint along with other Fall Forum sponsors.
          o Displayed on Wi-Fi instructions provided to all Fall Forum attendees and Guild Members with recognition that Wi-Fi is sponsored by organization’s name.
     • Verbal recognition as the Wi-Fi Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.


DINNER WITH CONSULTANTS SPONSOR
Price: $7,500

The Dinner with Consultants Sponsorship is the second-most exclusive Sponsorship opportunity offered.

The Dinner with Consultants Sponsor benefits include:
     • Two (2) reserved Sponsor attendee slots (both available for purchase at the full registration price of $1,900 each).
     • Logo placement:
         o Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the on-site Program along with other Fall Forum sponsors.
         o Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as the Dinner with Consultants Sponsor.
         o Displayed on the scrolling PowerPoint along with other Fall Forum sponsors.
     • Verbal recognition as the Dinner with Consultants Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.
     • Hosting (at the Sponsor’s expense) up to 3 Guild Members, selected at random from those participating in the Fall Forum at a private dinner on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019, immediately
       following the last formal Fall Forum session. The location of the Sponsor’s private dinner is at the discretion of the Sponsor. During the private dinner, the Dinner with Consultants Sponsor
       may deliver a presentation about their organization and/or region, followed by Q&A with those Guild Members whom the Dinner with Consultants Sponsor is hosting.
