2020 Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Available Sponsorships for the 2020 Annual Conference are listed below. Sponsorships are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please read the description of the Sponsorship opportunity of interest prior to completing the registration form.


GOLD SPONSOR
Price: $30,000
Limit: 3 available


The Gold Sponsorship is the second-most exclusive Sponsorship opportunity offered.

The Gold Sponsor benefits include:
     • Five (5) reserved Sponsor attendee registration slots (three complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
     • Sponsor logo to be displayed alphabetically on:
            • Underneath the Host City’s logo on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the printed Program;
            • A pop-up banner, along with other Gold Sponsors in a premium location adjacent to the main meetings and break areas
            • The Site Selectors Guild Events website with recognition as a Gold Sponsor;
            • The scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • Cocktail napkins, along with other Gold Sponsors, which will be provided at the Welcome Reception
     • Full-page advertisement in the printed Program
     • Verbal recognition as the co-host of the Welcome Reception and as a Gold Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions;
     • Hosting (at the Sponsor’s expense) up to 10 Guild/Associate Members at a private lunch on Wednesday afternoon, immediately
       following the last formal Conference session. During the private lunch, the Gold Sponsor may deliver a presentation about their organization
       and/or region, followed by Q&A with those Guild/Associate Members whom the Gold Sponsor is hosting.


SILVER SPONSOR
Price: $20,000
Limit: 4 available


The Silver sponsorship is the third-most exclusive Sponsorship opportunity offered.

The Silver Sponsor benefits include:
     • Five (5) reserved Sponsor attendee registration slots (two complimentary and three available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
     • Sponsor logo to be displayed alphabetically on:
            • Underneath the Gold Sponsor logos on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the printed Program;
            • A Pop-up banner, along with other Silver Sponsors in a preferred location close to the main meetings and break areas
            • The Site Selectors Guild Events website with recognition as a Silver Sponsor;
            • The scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • Signage for the Silver Sponsor Reception on Tuesday evening, along with other Silver Sponsors
     • Half-page advertisement in the printed Program
     • Verbal recognition as a Silver Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions
     • Co-host a private and exclusive cocktail reception to be attended by all Guild/Associate Members in attendance at the Annual Conference
       and all registered Silver Sponsor attendees.


FAREWELL TOUR SPONSOR
Price: $25,000

Back by popular demand, the 2020 Annual conference will be the site of the final Talent Show - the Farewell Tour. The Farewell Tour Sponsorship, formally known as the Dinner and Talent Show offers significant visibility at one of the Conference’s most lengthy and highly anticipated events.

The Farewell Tour Sponsor benefits include:
     • Five (5) reserved Sponsor attendee registration slots (two complimentary and three available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
     • Sponsor logo to be displayed alphabetically on:
            • The “Thank You Sponsors” page in the printed Program;
            • A pop-up banner, along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • The Site Selectors Guild Events website with recognition as the Farewell Tour Sponsor;
            • The scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • Signage for the Farewell Tour / Final Act event on Tuesday evening
     • Half-page advertisement in the printed Program
     • Verbal recognition as the Farewell Tour Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions, before and during the Farewell Tour event
       and the opportunity to act as guest emcee during the beginning of the Farewell Tour event. Introduction of the talent is not considered a guest emcee duty.
     • Ability to display branded collateral (tabletop cards, etc.) during the Farewell Tour event. Branded collateral must be provided by, distributed and/or set-up
       by the Farewell Tour Sponsor. Branded collateral must be coordinated with and approved by the Conference Manager prior to ordering or production.
     • Reserves two tables at the Farewell Tour event for the Sponsor’s delegation with up to four (4) Guild/Associate Members, as assigned by the Farewell Tour Sponsor.


LUNCH SPONSOR
Price: $15,000
Limit: 1 available


The Lunch Sponsorship offers invaluable exposure during the only Conference Lunch event attended by all Conference attendees and Guild/Associate Members.

The Lunch Sponsor benefits include:
     • Four (4) reserved Sponsor attendee registration slots (two complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
     • Sponsor logo to be displayed alphabetically on:
            • The “Thank You Sponsors” page in the printed Program;
            • A pop-up banner, along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • The Site Selectors Guild Events website with recognition as the Lunch Sponsor;
            • The scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • Signage for the lunch on Tuesday afternoon
     • Half-page advertisement in the printed Program
     • Verbal recognition as the Lunch Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions and before the lunch event
     • Reserves one table at the Lunch event


BRONZE SPONSOR

The Bronze Sponsorship encompasses an assortment of benefits noted below.

The Bronze Sponsor benefits include:

KEY CARD SPONSOR

The Key Card Sponsorship branded visibility on the key cards provided by the hotel to all attendees and participating Guild Members.

The Key Card Sponsor benefits include:
     • Two (2) reserved Sponsor attendee registration slots (both available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
     • Sponsor logo to be displayed alphabetically on:
            • The “Thank You Sponsors” page in the printed Program;
            • A pop-up banner, along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • The Site Selectors Guild Events website with recognition as the Key Card Sponsor;
            • Hotel key cards provided by the hotel to all guests staying at the host property. Production and distribution of the key cards will be
              coordinated by the Conference Manager.
            • The scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference Sponsors;
            • Verbal recognition as the Key Card Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions


BREAK SPONSOR

The Break Sponsorship offers during the Break Sponsors’ designated break.

The Break Sponsor benefits include:
     • Two (2) reserved Sponsor attendee registration slots (both available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
     • Sponsor logo to be displayed alphabetically:
            • The “Thank You Sponsors” page in the printed Program;
            • A pop-up banner, along with other Conference Sponsors;
