Sponsorships are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please read the description of the Sponsorship opportunity of interest prior to completing the registration form.

GOLD SPONSOR
Price: $30,000

The Gold Sponsorship is the second-most exclusive Sponsorship opportunity offered.

The Gold Sponsor benefits include:
          • Five (5) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (three complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
          • Sponsor logo to be displayed:
                 • underneath the Host City’s logo on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the on-site Program.
                 • on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as a Gold Sponsor
                 • on the scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference Sponsors.
                 • displayed on cocktail napkins, along with other Gold Sponsors, which will be distributed at the Welcome Reception
                   on the evening of Monday, March 25th.
          • Full-page advertisement to be displayed in the on-site Program
          • Verbal recognition as the Co-Host of the Welcome Reception on the evening of Monday, March 25th. Additional verbal recognition as a
            Gold Sponsor will be made during the opening and closing sessions.
          • A quarter page organizational profile (maximum 250 words) to be displayed in the on-site Conference Program.
          • Hosting (at the Sponsor’s expense) up to 10 Guild Members at a private lunch on Wednesday, March 27th, 2019, immediately following
            the last formal Conference session. During private lunch, the Gold Sponsor may deliver a presentation about their organization and/or region,
            followed by Q&A with those Guild Members whom the Gold Sponsor is hosting.
          • The use of one (6’x30”) tabletop or one standard display not to exceed 6’ wide and 3’ in depth. The tabletop or banner will be displayed in a
            premium location adjacent to the main meeting rooms and break areas. All displays must be approved by the Site Selectors Guild’s
            Conference Management firm.


SILVER SPONSOR
Price: $20,000

The Silver Sponsorship is the third-most exclusive Sponsorship opportunity offered.

The Silver Sponsor benefits include:
          • Five (5) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (two complimentary and three available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
          • Logo placement:
                 • Displayed underneath the Gold Sponsor’s logos on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in on-site Program.
                 • Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as a Silver Sponsor.
                 • Displayed on the scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
                 • Displayed on a “Silver Sponsor Reception” sign, along with other Silver Sponsors.
          • Half-page advertisement to be displayed in the on-site Program
          • Verbal recognition as a Silver Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.
          • A quarter page organizational profile (maximum 250 words) to be displayed in the on-site Conference Program.
          • Co-host a private cocktail reception to be attended by all Guild Members in attendance at the 2019 Annual Conference.
            This event is a private and exclusive event for all Silver Sponsors and registered Silver Sponsor attendees.
          • The use of one 3 ft (36” wide) standard pop-up banner in a preferred location close to the main meeting rooms and break areas.
            All displays must be approved by the Site Selectors Guild’s Conference Management firm.


BRONZE SPONSOR
Price: $10,000
Limit: 5 available

The Bronze Sponsorship encompasses an assortment of benefits noted below.

The Bronze Sponsor benefits include:
          • Three (3) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (one complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
          • Logo placement:
                 • Displayed underneath the Gold and Silver Sponsor’s logos on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in on-site Program.
                 • Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as a Bronze Sponsor.
                 • Displayed on the scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
                 • Quarter-page advertisement to be displayed in the on-site Program
                 • Verbal recognition as a Bronze Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.
                 • A quarter page organizational profile (maximum 250 words) to be displayed in the on-site Conference Program.
                 • The use of one 3 ft (36” wide) standard pop-up banner in a preferred location close to the main meeting rooms and break areas.

DINNER AND DANCE SPONSOR

The Dinner and Dance Sponsorship offers significant visibility at one of the Conference’s most lengthy events.

The Dinner and Dance Sponsor benefits include:
          • Five (5) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (two complimentary and three available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
          • Logo placement:
                 • Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the on-site Program.
                 • Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as the Dinner and Dance Sponsor.
                 • Displayed on the scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
                 • Displayed on a sign with recognition as the Dinner and Dance Sponsor.
                 • Quarter advertisement to be displayed in the on-site Program
          • Verbal recognition as the Dinner and Dance Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions as well as before and during portions of the
            Dinner and Dance event. Additional opportunity at the beginning of the event for designated Dinner and Dance Sponsor Attendee to welcome
            attendees and Guild Members to the Dinner and Dance event. 
          • The use of a banner, tabletop cards, lighting or other branded collateral may be displayed during the Dinner and Dance event.
            These items must be provided by the Dinner and Dance Sponsor and are the Dinner and Dance Sponsors’ financial responsibility.
            All collateral must be approved by the Site Selector Guild’s Conference Management firm.
          • Reserves two tables at the Dinner and Dance event, with up to four Guild Members as assigned table guests.


WI-FI SPONSOR

The Wi-fi Sponsorship provides a great opportunity for visibility on printed Wi-Fi collateral distributed to all Conference attendees.

The Wi-Fi Sponsor benefits include:
          • Three (3) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (one complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each)
         
• Logo placement:
                 • Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in on-site Program, along with other Conference sponsors.
                 • Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as the Wi-Fi Sponsor.
                 • Displayed on the scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
                 • Displayed on Wi-Fi instructions provided to all Conference attendees and Guild Members with recognition that Wi-Fi is sponsored
                   by organization’s name.
                 • Verbal recognition as the Wi-Fi Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.


BREAKFAST SPONSOR

The Breakfast Sponsorships provide an opportunity to brand the first event of every Conference day.

The Breakfast Sponsor benefits include:
          • Three (3) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (one complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).

                 • Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in the on-site program.
                 • Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as a Breakfast Sponsor.
                 • Displayed on the scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
          • Verbal recognition as a Breakfast Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions.
          • The use of a banner, tabletop cards or other collateral to be displayed at the food and beverage stations during the Breakfast Sponsors’
            designated breakfast. Collateral must be approved by the Site Selectors Guild’s Conference Management firm.


LUNCH SPONSOR

The Lunch Sponsorship offers invaluable exposure during the only Conference Lunch event attended by all Conference attendees and Guild Members.

The Lunch Sponsor benefits include:
          • Four (4) reserved Sponsor Attendee slots (two complimentary and two available for purchase at the full registration price of $2,000 each).
          • Logo placement:
                 • Displayed on the “Thank You Sponsors” page in on-site Program.
                 • Displayed on the Site Selectors Guild Events website and recognized as the Lunch Sponsor.
                 • Displayed on the scrolling Conference PowerPoint along with other Conference sponsors.
                 • Displayed on a sign with recognition as the Lunch Sponsor.
          • Quarter-page advertisement to be displayed in the on-site Program
          • Verbal recognition as the Lunch Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions as well as before the Lunch event.
          • The use of a banner, tabletop cards or other branded collateral to be displayed during the Lunch event. All collateral must be approved by the
